Matt performed well during the team's trip to Panama City, Florida last week. The senior reached base in all four games, including a 3 for 4 performance against Mosley High School, currently the #14 team in the nation. "Matt has been great for us so far in the early part of the season," said Coach Erickson, "not just with his play, but with his leadership and encouragement of the younger players on the team."
