Reavis and Oak Lawn will be honoring the families of Eduardo Marmolejo and Conrad Gary, the Chicago Police Officers who were tragically lost their lives protecting our city in December. Both officers have several ties to Reavis and Oak Lawn. Officer Marmolejo has several family that are attending Reavis and past graduates. Officer Gary was a graduate of Oak Lawn HS and married to a Reavis Alum Kelly Kubil. In an effort to honor and raise money, Reavis and Oak Lawn have teamed up and will be honoring these officers for their service at Tuesday Night’s Triple-Header “Heroes Night” at Reavis. We will not be charging a gate but will have a donation jar outside of each entrance to raise funds for the families and to start a scholarship in the name of these two officers. We will be selling long-sleeve shirts at $15.00 at both schools for this game. The shirts logos are attached below.
