Burbank, IL (May 7, 2012) - The baseball team went 1-1 over the rain-soaked week-end. On Friday, they defeated Hillcrest 19-1 to move their conference record to 8-5 on the season. Offensively, Leo Hernandez (3 for 3; 2B; 3 RBI), Tom Pindelski (2 for 3; 2B; RBI), Richie Velez (2 for 2; 2B; 2 RBI), and Trevor Kasprowicz (1 for 3; RBI) led the way.
Reavis travelled to Vernon Hills on Saturday and lost to the Cougars 8-2 in the varsity contest.
Today's game against conference foe Evergreen Park has been postponed and the Rams will take on the Mustangs Tuesday in Evergreen Park.
