Burbank, IL (April 13, 2013) - Reavis hitters picked up where they left off Friday night when they pounded out 12 hits and 11 runs in their 11-1 victory over Romeoville on Saturday afternoon. "I was hoping there wouldn't be a let down after yesterday's emotional win (a 15-14 victory over conference foe Shepard)," said Coach Erickson, "but we were confident, efficient, and business-like in our approach. I was extremely pleased with our focus."
Leading the way offensively were Joe O'Hara (3 for 3; 2B; 4 R) and Dan Meskill (4 for 4; 2B; 3 RBI). Matt Barajas picked up the win on the mound, throwing three innings and allowed one run.
The Rams (8-4) play at Evergreen Park on Monday.
