Riverside, IL(December 29, 2011) -
Reavis (5-8, 1-3) entered the third day of the Riverside-Brookfield Invite down two games. Reavis came ready to play, but so did Lane Tech. Both teams battled back and forth, but the Rams prevailed in the end, 38-35. Leading the way for the Rams was senior, Nat Skolarus (15 points, 5 rebounds), junior Donna Mierwa with 8 points 4 rebounds, 2 charges, and sophomore Stephanie Verduzco with 7 points, 5 rebounds.
"Tonight's game was one that just makes a team stronger. They battled together all the way to the end and came away with the win. I am very proud of the girls" said Coach Maggie Miskowicz.
