Palos Heights, IL (August 30, 2011). The Girls Cross Country team opens up their season with a double victory against Oak Lawn and Evergreen Park at Conkey Woods. Junior Nicole Maier led the Runnin' Rams with an overall individual win, with a time of 20:53 for the 3 mile course. Hannah Howard, Maggie Wojtowicz, Sabina Bukowska, Michele Lewellen, Caroline Cyrwus, and Angelina Duda rounded out the top seven for Reavis. Coach Laurie Schoenfeld comments "The team is young, strong, and ready to go. It should be an exciting year for our Runnin' Rams." The team scores were Reavis 23, Oak Lawn 46, and Evergreen Park 64.
