Cook County, IL (September 18, 2012). The girls cross country team split last night--beating Bremen, but losing to Argo. The team is now 8-2 for the season. Senior Nicole Maier once again finished first overall, beating out the field of 77 runners. Stephanie Majewski, Jocelyn Acosta, Maggie Wojtowicz, and Katie Zimmerman were the Ram scorers, while Caroline Cyrwus and Yesenia DelReal rounded out the top seven for the Rams. Coach Schoenfeld was excited to see the girls understanding the importance of packing together. "Runners that pack will win cross country meets," continued Schoenfeld.
