Lemont, IL (March 29, 2011) - A couple of clutch hits and a dominating pitching performance by the Rams led the way to victory over Lemont, 2-0. Sarah Saunders came through with a two-out RBI single in the top of the first inning, driving in Ally Balandis (walk) to give the Rams an early 1-0 lead. As it turned out, that run would be all Reavis would need as Caitlyn Balandis continued her masterful pitching performances by punching out 13 Indians and only allowed a lone hit in the fifth inning. Ally Balandis added the insurance run by driving in Kayla Mangiapane (single) with a two-out double.
The win moved the Rams to 4-0 in the South Suburban Conference.
