Maier finishes 5th overall at Argo Invite

Cook County, IL  (September 15, 2012).  The Varsity girls finished 7th out of 23 teams.  Senior Nicole Maier broke out and finished an outstanding 5th place overall out of 127 top runners at the Argo Invite.  Nicole ran the very demanding Bull Frog Lake 2.9 mile course in 19:09.  Sabina Bukowska, Caroline Cyrwus, Stephanie Majewski, and Angelina Duda were the scorers for the Rams, with Maggie Wojtowicz and Yesenia DelReal as the pushers for the Varsity.  The frosh/soph girls finished 5th out of

Girls Cross Country team 7-1

Burbank, IL  (September 11, 2012).  The girls are now 7-1 as they competed at their home course last night.  Although they lost to a tough Lemont team, they did beat Tinley Park and TF South.  Nicole Maier ran a tough race as she battled the Lemont team, and finished 5th place out of 84 runners.  Sabina Bukowska (10th), Stephanie Majewski (12th), Caroline Cyrwus (14th), and Yesenia DelReal (15th) were the Ram scorers.  Maggie Wojtowicz (16th) and Angelina Duda (17th) rounded out the top seven fo

Successful 48th Reavis Invitational for Girls Cross Country

Burbank, IL  (September 8, 2012).  The 48th annual Reavis Invite took place Saturday.  The Varsity team finished 7th out of 22 teams and the Frosh/Soph team finished 8th out of 22 teams.  The Varsity team was led by Nicole Maier and Michele Lewellen, who finished 21st and 22nd respectively.  Sabina Bukowska, Stephanie Majewski, and Katie Zimmerman were the scorers for the Rams, while Yesenia DelReal and Caroline Cyrwus rounded out the Ram Varsity runners.  The Frosh/Soph team was led by Laura Monsreal, while Krystal Vergara, Gisela Ramirez, Lea

Girls Cross Country are 5-0 with wins Tuesday night

Burbank, IL (September 3, 2012).  The girls Cross Country team is now 5-0 with wins against Eisenhower, De La Salle, and Queen of Peace.  The Rams were led by a 2-3 finish from Nicole Maier and Michele Lewellen.  Sabina Bukowska, Caroline Cyrwus, Stephanie Majewski, Yesenia Del Real, and Katie Zimmerman rounded out the top seven for the Rams.  "The girls are competing within the team by the top 10 changing at every meet.  It will make them a stronger team down the line,"  comments Coach Schoenfeld. 

The Runnin' Rams fair well at rainy TF South Invite

Maier, Rams "catch up" at Oak Lawn Invite

Palos Heights, IL  (October 6, 2011).  The girls finished 5th at teh Oak Lawn Invite Thursday night.  Nicole Maier battled to a 23rd finish, Stephanie Majewski finished 27th, and Maggie Wojtowicz finished 30th.  Hannah Howard, Michele Lewellen, Diane Simmons, and Angelina Duda had strong finishes as well.  In the open race, Yesenia Del Real finished 17th out of over 75 runners.  Personal best times were run by Yesenia Del Real, Sandra Hernandez, Marielena Leon, Maggie Remiasz, Stephanie Rojas, and Diane Simmons.
