Rams pack well at Lemont Quad
(September 11, 2018). Rams competed well at Lemont quad. They did lose to Lemont, but beat Tinley Park and TF South. Alyssa Froylan was the top Ram finisher with Johnna Baniewicz, Michele Gal, Joclyn Ordonez, Haley Garza, Corrin Smith, and Ale Rodriguez all contributing well. Coach Schoenfeld stated "We used this quad as a "workout" meet where I forced the Rams to pack in groups of 7-8 throughout the first two miles. I believe the Rams learned a little about the concept of packing." As cross country coaches know, if a squad can pack--a squad will learn how to succeed.
