Oak Lawn Invite

The Reavis Running Rams were 3rd at the Oak Lawn Invite.  Haley Garza, Johnna Baniewicz, Alejandra Rodriguez, Tera Temko, Joclyn Ordonez, Bri Rodriguez, and Alyssa Froylan led the way.  In the Open Race, Carmen Villarreal led the Rams with a 5th place finish out of 127 runners, while Mariela Martinez and Tif Ramirez were 8th and 10th.  Great job girls.

LIsle Success for F/S team

What an accopmlishment for our incredible sophomore team.  The F/S team finished 2nd place overall out of 16 teams at the Lisle Invite.  They packed well, and out scored the 3rd place team by ONLY 1 point.  WOW!  Johnna Baniewicz finished 2nd out of about 100 runners.  Joclyn Ordonez (12th), Alyssa Froylan (15th), Haley Garza (27th), Karla Flores (51st), Cami Valdez (62nd), and Sandra Marquez (63rd) all stuck together for this amazing display of running.  It was great watching them fight hard together.  The Varsity team finished 10th overall out of 16 teams, and was led by Senior Tifany Ram

Running Rams conquer the heat at Tinley Park Invite

Girls Cross Country endured the heat and humidty well at the Tinley Park Invite Saturday as they finished 6th overall at the Varstiy level out of 15 teams, while the Frosh/Soph team finished 7th.  Being in 90 degree heat the past week did not stop them.  Ram Nation should be proud on how they handled themselves.  Sophomore Johnna Baniewicz once again took charge finishing 13th place overall.  Sophomores Alyssa Froylan and Joclyn Ordonez ran outstanding, while Junior Tera Temko and Senior Mariela Martinez finished up the top 5.  Senior Bri Rodriguez and Junior Val Hernandez helped finish out

Senior Meet at Home

The seniors shined Tuesday at home against Argo and Bremen.  The Rams ran to a perfect score with the Rams finishing in the top 5.  Johnna Baniewicz once again led the Rams, with Alyssa Froylan, Joclyn Ordonez, Tera Temko, Alejandra Rodriguez, Karla Flores finishing 1-6, with Val Hernandez finishing 8th overall.  What a great display of awesome running.  Bri Rodriguez and Haley Garza also rounded out the top 10 Ram runners.  Thanks to all the seniors for all your hard work, and the parents for making this meet perfect.

Argo Invite a HOT one

(September 16, 2017).  Varsity Running Rams packed well Saturday in the heat at the Argo Invite.  The team finished 9th out of 22 teams, which was led by sophomore Johnna Baniewicz with a 28th overall finish out of over 110 runners.  Alyssa Froylan, Joclyn Ordonez, Tera Temko, Alejandra Rodriguez, and Mariela Martinez helped the Rams.  The Frosh/Soph team finished 10th overall with Sandra Marquez leading the pack.  Pam Sanchez, Cordy Gulczynski, Cami Valdez, Karla Flores, Luz Garcia, and Nat Ramirez contributed to a great day.

Reavis Girls finish 2nd at 8 team meet

The Girls Running Rams finish 2nd at the Bremen course with 8 of the confernce teams at Midlothian Meadows Forest Preserve.  Johnna Baniewicz had a top 10 finish, while Joclyn Ordonez, Alyssa Froylan, Mariela Martinez, Haley Garza, Tera Temko, and Bri Rodriguez round out the top Ram finishers.  It was a great race with the Rams packing it quite well.  The season is looking promising for the Rams.

Rams compete at Home Invite

September 9, 2017.  Johnna Baniewicz continues her dominance by finishing in the top 30 of our Reavis Invite.  Alyssa Froylan, Joclyn Ordonez, Tera Temko, Bri Rodriguez, Mariela Martinez, and Alejandra Rodriguez all contributed well to help the Rams to a solid 8th place finish out of 22 teams.  Great job Lady Rams.  The Frosh/Soph team of Haley Garza, Karla Flores, Sandra Marquez, Pam Sanchez, Anna Tumiel, Cordy Culczynski, and Nat Ramirez all did a great job and finished 10th overall as a team out of 22 teams.

Rams dominate at HOME

(September 5, 2017).  The Girls Running Rams dominated against De La Salle, St. Laurence, Eisenhower, and Kennedy Tuesday night.  Johnna Baniewicz, Alyssa Froylan, and Joclyn Ordonez finished a powerful sophomore 1-2-3 punch. Tera Temko, Bri Rodriguez, Haley Garza, and Sandra Marquez rounded out the Ram Top 7.  Great job ladies.

The Rams fight hard in first Invite at Lyons

The Sophomore girls shined at Lyons finishing 6th out of 13 teams.  Johnna Baniewicz led the pack with a 15th place finish.  Alyssa Froylan, Sandra Marquez, Cami Valdez, Karla Flores, Haley Garza, and Luz Garcia all contributed.  The Frosh team was led by Pam Sanchez.  The Varsity team was led by Tera Temko.  The Junior Varsity team was led by Bri Rodriguez.  Great start to the season of Invites, but we got a long way to go.
