Burbank, IL (April 15 & 16, 2011) - The Rams (11-1, 5-0) set out Friday night with one thing in mind- win the next 3 games and claim the Reavis invitational championship.  The first challenge they faced was Maria H.S., which they easily handled 6-1.  The Rams began the scoring 6 minutes into the game with a goal by Ana Valdez that was then followed by another goal by Valdez 7 minutes later.  Reavis continued to to pour it on by scoring 3 more in the first half making the half-time score 5-0.  The Rams came back out to put one more in the back of the net 4 minutes into t

Big Win for the Rams at Toyota Park

Bridgeview, IL (April 12, 2011) - The Varsity Girls Soccer Team (8-1, 5-0) beat Argo Tuesday 2-1 at Toyota Park in a physical game to take sole possession of 1st place in the SSC Red Conference.  After giving up a goal halfway through the first half the Rams regrouped and controlled the remainder of the game.  Reavis answered back with an equalizing goal from Chanel Koepke in the 26th minute off of a great cross from Gosia Skora.  The Rams came right back out after halftime to score in the 45th minute off of a beautiful ball by Ana Valdez off of a direct kick just outside t

Oak Lawn, IL (March 31, 2011) - The Varsity Girls Soccer Team (5-1, 2-0) continued their winning ways with an impressive win over Oak Lawn 5-2.  The Rams went up early scoring twice in the first 15 minutes, and lead at half 4-0.  Oak Lawn came back with 2 goals early in the 2ndhalf, but the defense held them off.  Scoring for the Rams was Ana Valdez with 2 goals (6 goals, 2 assists on the season), Perla Ruiz with 2 goals (3 goals, 2 assists on the season), Chanel Koepke with 1 goal and 2 assists (6 goals, 4 assists on the season), and Anely Martinez with an assis

Reavis beats Shepard in first conference game of the season

Burbank, IL (March 30, 2011) - The Varsity Girls Soccer team, 4-1 (1-0), continued their winning streak with a solid 2-0 win over Shepard in the first conference game of the season.  Both goals were scored by Chanel Koepke (5 goals, 2 assists on the season) and assisted by Ana Valdez (4 goals, 2 assists on the season) and Perla Ruiz (1 goal, 2 assists on the season).  Joanna Sochacka (0.2 goals allowed per game) had 19 saves in goal to preserve the shutout!

Soccer Season Opener
