Tennis Team Garners Another Conference Crown
Burbank, IL (October 17, 2014) - Congratulations to the Varsity Girls' Tennis team! This past weekend the girls won the SSC Red Conference Championship. In an unprecedented streak, the team has won five straight SSC Conference Titles. Also, good luck to the team as they compete today in the IHSA Sectional Championships at Lyons Township.

The Varsity Girls Tennis Team dominated the SSC Red Tennis Tournament this Saturday scoring 26 out of 30 points. The closest team to the Rams was Argo with 14. Alexis Kasper has kept her 12 game winning streak alive by becoming the Second Singles Champion. Also bringing home gold was the #2 Doubles team of Kelley Gryzch and Ashley Galson beating Oak Lawn in the finals (6-2, 6-4).
Champions Again!
Burbank, IL (September 22, 2012) - The Varsity Girls Tennis Team were champions of their Competitive Quad Saturday with 163 points, one more than runner-up Marist. The Rams and Marist were tied in points until their last round which was head to head against Marist. Not only did the Rams battle their opponents, they fought hard against the wind to take the crown.
Road Trip 2012
The Varsity Girls Tennis Team took a road trip to the Western Suburbs and played in the Wheaton North Quad Saturday. The Rams placed 3rd behind Wheaton North (18) Bartlett (13) Reavis (10) and Lisle (0). The girls had some great matches against some nationally ranked players and teams that will place in the top 10 at state.
Rams Capture Doubles Classic Crown!
The Varisty Girls Tennis Team Captured the Doubles Classic Crown by earning 132 points in round robin play Saturday. The team defeated: Nazareth Academy 126, Walther Lutheran 96, and Marist 85. Placing 1st and bring home hardware were: Kelley Grzych and Ashley Galason at #1 Doubles, Denna Zayed and Katelyn LoRusso at #2 Doubles, and Phan Le and Amanie Judeh at #4 Doubles.
