The wrestling team capped off it's dual meet season last night hosting Oak Forest & Evergreen Park for its annual Senior Night. While the Rams honored five seniors they fell to the state ranked Bengals of O.F. but defeated Evergreen Park on both the JV and varsity levels. The Rams finished their regualr season with a record of 16-7. In addition, the Freshmen wrestling team went 2-0 on the evening overcoming five forfeits to defeat O.F. by three points. Suleiman Qwasini was undefeated on the night and wrestled with attitude and determination! This weekend the JV team will travel to Oak Lawn to compete in their conference tournament. The varsity Rams will begin to peak for their Regional tournament on 2/6/15 at Morton H.S., top three wrestlers at each weight class move on to Sectionals.
