Samantha Saunders has shown great improvement in her attitude, work ethic at practice, and outstanding ability to help her teammates defensively. She is the team's number one defensive player as well. Sam's responsibility and dedication to the team and to her teammates is noticed and appreciated by everyone. She is a natural leader and is never really acknowledged as much as she should be.
