The Boys Cross Country team traveled to Evergreen Park on Tuesday for the first meet of the year. Senior captain Fabian Garcia took 1st place overall and senior Robert Zieba took 2nd. The boys team as a whole looked strong during the race against SSC Red schools Evergreen Park and Oak Lawn. Other top performers were junior Gabe Rivers (5th), junior Alejandro Zambrano (7th), sophomore Anthony Bitner (8th), and junior Kris Juchas (10th).
The Rams scored enough points to get their first team WIN of the season as well.
The Running Rams travel to Lyons Township this Saturday, September 2nd to compete in the Mike Kuharic Invitational. Good Luck RAMS!
