October 26, 2019. The team qualified for the IHSA Sectional meet next Saturday at Katherine Legge Park in Hinsdale with a THIRD place finish at the Regional meet held by Marist. So proud of the girls. Michele Gal finished 11th overall, while Ashley Rueda finished 12th out of over 50 tough runners. Nadia Roberts, Johnna Baniewicz, Alyssa Froylan, Nadia Alpuche, and Anna Tumiel all did their job packing it well and holding off Thornton by over 30 points. They only lost to Mother McAuley by about 20 points, which is their goal to beat next week at Sectionals. The girls are running outstanding. One more tough meet to go....let's see what can happen. #T4T #committed
