Burbank, IL (October 7, 2010) - On Thursday, October 14, the girls' volleyball team will be holding their annual Volley for the Cure game when they play the Shepard Astros. The goal of the game is to raise money to help find a cure for breast cancer. Both fans from Reavis and Shepard are encouraged to wear "Volley for the Cure" pink shirts to the contest. Shirts can be purchased for $10 and are being sold by the volleyball team. All the proceeds from the shirt sales will go directly to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
The sophomore game will begin at 4:30 and varsity will play at 5:45. Make sure to buy your shirt today, wear it throughout the day on Thursday, and come support the Rams as they take on their conference foes Shepard!
