Reavis Dominates Bremen

Burbank, IL (April 4, 2011) - The Varsity Girls Soccer Team (6-1, 3-0) kept their momentum going with a dominant performance beating Bremen 5-0 for their fifth win in a row!

While only 1-0 at the half, Reavis controlled the ball in spite of having the wind against them.  Though the Rams had multiple opportunities to score in the first half, they struggled to find the back of the net.  This changed immediately after the start of the second half.  The Rams broke the game open within the first few minutes of the half with goals by Ana Valdez and Chanel Koepke.  Reavis possessed the ball almost the entire half allowing only 3 attempts on goal for the Braves. The entire team worked well moving the ball and aggressively challenging any attempts at possession by Bremen.

Scoring for the Rams was Ana Valdez with 3 goals and 1 assist (9 goals, 3 assists on the season), Chanel Koepke with 2 goals (8 goals, 4 assists on the season), and Gosia Skora with an assist (1 goal, 1 assist on the season).  An excellent game of soccer, ladies!
