Gym Closed--Park Open

(Summer, 2016)-  As Reavis closed the gym doors for its annual floor maintenance, the RAMS basketball team utilized the community parks and practiced before their second consecutive WIN!! The YOUNG sophomore team is dedicated, hungry and relentless.  They work so everyone can get ice cream, they work so they can compete at a high level and so they work, work, work!

Thanks to the Burbank Park District for the use of such great parks. 

Ice Cream: Earned It!

(Summer, 2016)-  The Rams have put in a tremendous amount of work over the summer. The YOUNG sophomore team is dedicated, hungry and relentless. The team earned their first Ice Cream trip- with many more to come. #Not Satisfied  

3 Point Glasses

(February 18, 2016) - The Varsity Rams claimed two of the four spots available in the regional 3 point contest. Dudek hit 9 bombs from distance and advanced immediately leading the pack.  Baffin had to break a 4 way tie and have a mini-playoff. As all sharp shooters she put on her 3 point glasses and advanced. Both shooters will move on, and shoot at the Lyons Sectional.

Another Record Dusted

Hillside, IL (February 17, 2016 ) - The Rams came out with a victory over the Kennedy Crusaders in Hillside. The Rams were paced by Seniors Kelli Lorusso and Natalie Dudek. With the monumental win the RAMS totaled 40 victories in two seasons. Records are made to be broken.  Good job Rams!!

Rams Defend the Court

(December 3, 2015 ) - The Rams had their 3  goggles on when they hosted the Lemont Indians in their home conference opener. Alyssa Baffin contributed to the success from RANGE to hard work at practice. “Every day at practice, we do this 3-point shooting drill where we all shoot 50. So all of us know how to shoot them. That helps a lot.” said Baffin after the game.  The Rams were led by Kelly Lorusso (25pts., 6 reb., 4 stl.,) Natalie Dudek (22pts., 6 reb.,) Alyssa Baffin (17 pts.) Kate Mendoza (13 reb.).

Rams Beat the Burg!

Darien, IL (November 17, 2015 ) - After opening the season with a 71-38 win over Universal, the Rams headed to Hinsdale South to take on the Eagles of Sandburg. The Eagles passed on the Rams in the summer and went to the pool. The Rams stayed late, worked hard and got better! After a slow start the Rams battled back to defeat the Eagles (48-43). The Rams clinched the game late in the 4th quarter behind clutch 3’s from seniors Kelly LoRusso and Alyssa Baffin. Kelly Lorusso had 17, Alyssa Baffin had 15, and Natalie Dudek had 12. What a great upset!

Successful Kids Camp!!

July 13, 2015.  (Burbank, IL).  Reavis Basketball has concluded its Summer Kids Camp. Reavis appreciates the effort and commitment of the 30 girls who participated in an effort to improve their skills and knowledge of the game. Keep practicing and working hard.  

Rams Helping The World!

Aurora, IL (June 29, 2015) - The Reavis Football and Reavis  Womens’ Basketball programs gave back to the community. The Rams worked with, “Feed My Starving Children” in Aurora, IL. Both programs collectively packed 200 boxes of meals.  Over 100 athletes and coaches packed over 42,000 meals for starving children in 70 countries all around the world.
