Coach Grivetti Retiring

Burbank, IL (November 4, 2010) - After 43 years of coaching high school football, John Grivetti has decided to hang up his clipboard and retire.  The long-time Reavis assistant coach was honored at the Fall Sports Awards Night yesterday.  Head Coach Jim McDonough spoke of Grivetti, "has a class individual that cared so much about all the kids he coached through the years."

1980 Team Honored at Homecoming

Burbank, IL (October 9, 2010) - The 1980 State Runner-up team was honored before the varsity game this Saturday.  Over 25 alums from the squad and six of their coaches were in attendance at the Homecoming game against Oak Lawn.  "What a great turn-out we had for the day," said the head coach of the 1980 team, Dennis Wierzal.  "It was something all these guys really appreciated." 

Rams Upset the Spartans

Burbank, IL (October 9, 2010) - In front of a packed house on Homecoming, the Rams came from behind in dramatic fashion to defeat long-time rivals, Oak Lawn today.

Down 34-27 with four minutes remaining in the game, the Rams&; defense forced a safety to pull within five points.  Less than two minutes later, senior running back Alex Morales scored the second of his two touchdowns to put Reavis up for good.
