Summit, IL (April 12, 2014) The Boys Track & Field team traveled to Argo High School this past Saturday for the annual Argo Outdoor Varsity Invite. The Invite consisted of 11 very competitve schools, including a strong Rich South team as well as last years 4th place in state St. Ignatius. The boys were able to grab the 6th place slot, a boost from last year when they finished 10th. Sophomore, Andres Dominguez lead the way for the Rams with finishing 3rd in the hurdles, shattering his personal record by more than 10 seconds. A few distance runners also saw some success... Junior Tomas Villa and Senior Braulio Castellanos finished 4th and 6th overall in the 3200M Run and the day capped off with a 1st place finish in the 400M Dash by Senior Captain Robert Centeno. The Rams travel to Hillcrest Tuesday for a Tri-meet also featuring Shepard.
