Erica, a captain for the winter season, has been extremely helpful during the first week of practice. According to head coach Jackie Hanik, the senior has taken time to assist new members of the squad in learning their competition routine. Many of the cheerleaders have commented that she "goes the extra mile" and "leads by example."
