Fan Bus for 1st Football Game

Burbank, IL (August 22, 2012) - The Reavis BLUE CREW will be sponsoring its first event of the year this Friday, August 24.  The Blue Crew FAN BUS will be attending the 1stVarsity Football game at Eric Solorio Academy this Friday.  Tickets will be sold for $5 during lunch hours on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday and will include pizza and pop before the game, admission to the game, a Blue Crew t-shirt and a bus to and from Eric Solorio Academy.  The game starts at 5pm.  and will depart from the Patio at 4:15 and return to school immediately following the game. 

Paint the Gym Purple

Oak Lawn, IL (January 25, 2012) - Thursday, January 26, the boys&; and girls&; basketball teams will both be travelling to Oak Lawn to play in the annual Paint the Gym Purple Night games.  The girls&; game will begin and 5:30 p.m. and the boys will tip off at 7:00. 

Winter Season MVP's

Girls Basketball - Senior Forward Amanda Raschke
 Amanda is a three-year varsity starter for the Rams.  In 2010-11 she was a huge offensive threat, averaging 13.6 points per game, and grabbing 10.5 rebounds per game.  According to her coach, Maggie Miskowicz, Amanda is an aggressive and tenacious basketball player.  This is Raschke’s second Most Valuable Player award, as she was named MVP for volleyball in the fall.

Spartans edge Rams on Purple Night

(Burbank, IL) January 23, 2011 - The Rams lost two close contests to Oak Lawn High School Friday in front of a packed house celebrating Paint the Gym Purple Night. 

In the opening game, the girls&; varsity (3-17; 1-9) played a great game, but lost to the Spartans in over-time 51-42.  Senior forward Amanda Raschke led all scorers with 21 points.

Fall MVP's

Cheerleading – Lisa Wonogas
According to head coach Jackie Hanik, Lisa has been an invaluable part of the cheerleading program throughout her high school career.  She is a great role model and leader within the program as she always gives 100% and works hard to support and motivate her teammates.
