The Reavis Rams Boys & Girls showed up in Ram fashion Saturday to the Main Event Lisle Invite at Lisle High School this past Saturday! The Rams performed well to say the least. Leading the Rams was Senior Captain Fabian Garcia with a top 25 finish against some elite competition. He was also voted as the XC Athlete of the week! Great job Fabian! Other top Varsity performers were Zambrano (30th), Zieba (39th), & Gabe Rivera (50th).
For the Fr/So Boys team, top finishers were Marcel Bitner (42nd), Gabe Espinosa (43rd), & Jon Zdebski (57th). Great job boys!
The highlight of the day may have been the Main Event Awards ceremony, where the Boys & Girls team XC represented Reavis High School well and WON the Spirit Award! The award is voted upon by parents working the event only. The Rams (with marching band instruments in hand) were cheering and playing only enhancing the already great environment of the Invite! What a great representation of what it is to be a RAM!
