2011-2012 SSC All-Conference

Lansing, IL (February 11, 2011) -

SSC coaches met at T.F. South High School for the annual meeting to choose the conference&;s best players for all-conference.  Two Reavis players garned awards at the meeting.  Sophomore, Stephanie Verduzco received SSC All-Conference and teammate Nat Skolarus, senior, nabbed Honorable Mention.  Congratulations to both Rams!

Rams Honor Five Seniors

The Varsity Rams (6-19; 2-11) played their final home game of the season against Richards.  The girls played hard, but it just was not enough to overcome the Bulldogs.  The Rams were led by Stephanie Verduzco (10 pts/11 rebs) and Nat Skolarus (9 pts/4 rebs).

Despite the loss, the night was filled with excitement as Reavis honored its five senior players: Kristina Antol, Yasmine Ballout, Hannah Howard, Colleen Gallagher, and Nat Skolarus.   Each has given their dedication to the program for four years and have made hundreds of memories.

Rams Downed by Romeoville

Romeoville, IL (February 7, 2012) -

Varsity Rams (6-18; 2-9) could not stop Romeoville on their home court.  The Rams struggled offensively and only put up 29, while allowing 63.  Yasmine Ballout led Reavis with 12 points, while Nat Skolarus added 6 points and Stephanie Verduzco added 4 points.

Sophs (9-15; 4-8) started the game out slow and were down 11-0 after a quarter of play.  The Rams muscled up and battled back one possession at a time, pulling out a 35-34 victory.  Jakki Padilla, Ally Balandis, and Paulina Gal led the Rams.
