Tough battle at Andrew Invite

Tinley Park, IL  (April 12, 2014).  The Varsity girls finished 6^th out of 12 teams Saturday at the Andrew Invite.  Paulina Gal finished 1^st in the shot put, 1^st in the discus, 1^st in the 300m hurdles, and 3^rd in the 800m.  Mackenzie Mellenthin finished 3^rd in the discus.  Sylvia Kozielski finished 5^th in the long jump.  Amanda Kass finished 6^th in the 100m hurdles.  The frosh/soph team finished 6^th out of 12 teams as well.  Aleks Kamienska finished 2^nd in the shot put and 3^rd in the discus.  Kate Mendoza finished 4^th in the triple jump.  Christine Trovato finished 5^th in the 3200m.  Tara Rojas finished 5^th in the high jump and 5^th in the 100m hurdles.  Nicole Bochenski finished 5^th in the triple jump, 6^th in the high jump, and 6^th in the long jump.  Alex Malmborg finished 5^th in the 400m.  Paulina Marusarz finished 6^th in the 1600m.  Jenny Vasquez finished 6^th in the 800m.
