Sabina Bukowska (Illinois Benedictine University), Nicole Maier (Olivet Nazarene University), Hannah Howard (North Central University), and Paulina Gal (Loyola University) got to compete at Illinois Benedictive University Friday night. Sabina ran the 3000m steeple chase and 1500m, Nicole was scheduled to run the 3000m, Hannah Howard ran the 800m and was scheduled to run the 3000m, and Paulina competed in the discus, shot put, hammer throw, and the javelin. "It was an honor to get the opportunity to watch these four amazing Reavis Alum compete at the collegiate level doing what they love to do," commented Head Girls Coach in track and field and cross country Laurie Schoenfeld. She continues "watching these athletes for four years in high school, and NOW they are doing what they love in college---well, it makes coaching so much more worth it!" Sabina is a freshman, Nicole is a sophomore (and plans on transferring and continuing her running next year at St. Xavier University), Hannah is a junior, and Paulina is a freshman. Way to go RAMS!
