Palos Heights, IL (May 7, 2015). Huge congrats goes out to Aleks Kamienska who earned All-Conference honors at Shepard High School at the SSC Red Conference meet. Aleks tossed
the shot put 36 feet and 7 1/2 inches and won, earning her All-Conference. Way to go Aleks.
