Summit, IL (March 16, 2012). Although the girls lost to Argo, they defeated Eisenhower and Richards in good fashion. Nicole Maier won the 3200m, Hannah Howard won the 800m, Stephanie Verduzco won the shot put, and the 4x400m relay team of Hannah Howard, Michele Lewellen, Paulina Gal, and Sam Wolfe kicked butt and won also. There were TONS of scorers in other events. The 4x800m relay (Hannah Howard, Sam Wolfe, Sylwia Kojs, and Maggie Wojtowicz) raced to a 2nd place finish. Individuals include: Katie Zimmerman (4th in 3200m), Kelley Grzych (3rd in 55m hurdles and 3rd in the high jump), Ashlie Wiechec (5th in 55m hurdles, 3rd in the long jump, and 3rd in the triple jump), Sabina Bukowska (2nd in the 600m), Michele Lewellen (3rd in the 600m), Susu Almousa (4th in the 600m), Maggie Wojtowicz (4th in the 1600m), Paulina Gal (4th in the shot put and 2nd in the long jump), Danielle Doyle (5th in the shot put), Sam Christianson (5th in the high jump), and Sam Krawczyk (4th in the triple jump). Coach Schoenfeld commented "The girls had a fantastic showing at Argo against some tough teams. Sure Argo won the meet, but we competed hard against them. Very impressive!"
