Lansing, IL (April 12, 2016). The Varsity Girls Track and Field team had a good showing at TFS. Aleks Kamienska finished 1st in the shot put and 4th in the discus. Yazmin Urteaga-Rios finished 1st in the discus. Sylvia Kozielski and Ali Malmborg finished 2nd and 3rd in the triple jump. Christine Trovato finished 2nd in the 3200m run. Aneta Stoch finished 2nd in the 300m hurdles, while Jenna Rapp and Tara Rojas finished 3rd and 4th respectively. Esmeralda Flores finished 2nd in the 1600m and 3rd in the 800m. Lori Michelsen finished 2nd in the 200m. Auset Kheru finished 3rd in the high jump, 3rd in the 400m, and 4th in the shot put. Hazel Andrade finished 4th in the 800m and Adriana Prichina finished 4th in the 3200m. Mariah Carmona finished 4th in the long jump. Frosh Soph had a good showing by Annette Chraca, Aneta Gal, Tifany Ramirez, Trine Gomez, Bailey Sullivan, Anna Babicz, Carmen Villarreal, Val Hernandez, and Tere Temko.
