Despite frigid conditions, the Rams battled with a very competitive field Satudray at Andrew.
On the Varsity level, Pedro Santos continues to improve, finishing 4th in shot (PR, 43'3) and 2nd in discus (131'3.5). David Palac took 3rd in the 3200m run (10:44) and Steven Cole took 5th in a very deep field in the 200 (23.8).
The Sophs were paced by Mo Sbitan (11:52) and Braulio Castellanos (12:22) in the 3200m run. Placing 4th in the 100m dash with a PR was Robert Centen0 (11.9), while John Gil (2:18) continues to impress with a 4th place finish in the 800m run. Also finishing 4th was Joaquin Jimenez in the 400 (59.8).
On the frosh level, Edwin Trujillo was the runner-up in the two mile (11:54). Dan Herlihy took home 3rd place ribbons in all 4 events that he entered (shot, disc, 300m hurdles, high jump).
The Rams take the track Tuesday at Bremen and again at Argo this Saturday for their invite.
