Lally Signs With Roosevelt
Burbank, IL (May 7, 2013) - The Reavis Athletic Department is pleased to announce that senior shortstop Mike Lally has signed his letter of intent to play baseball for Roosevelt University next year.

Romero, Deir Pace Rams in Win
Burbank, IL (May 6, 2013) - The Rams (14-9; 8-4) beat Argo 12-2 at Czarnecki Field Monday behind the pitching of Jose Romero and the hitting of John Deir.
Alumni Game 2013
Burbank, IL (May 5, 2013) - The Reavis baseball program hosted their annual alumni game Sunday at Czarnecki Field. The Young Guns, behind the hitting of Kyle McKinley (2 for 3; RBI) and the pitching of Matt Boyer, defeated the Old Timers 13-3.
Over 30 former players came out and were treated to an hour-and-a-half a batting practice, a seven inning game, and a commemorative t-shirt. Included on the list of participants were current staff members/coaches Bob Morack (1996), Mike Henry (1998), Dick Canan (1982), Ryan Flood (2002), and McKinley (2010).
Meskill's walk off secures win over Titans
Burbank, IL (May 2, 2013) - The Rams (13-9; 7-4) came from behind again Thursday, scoring two runs in the fifth inning and one more in the final frame to defeat Tinley Park 4-3 at Czarnecki Field.
"We have played in a bunch of close games where we have had our backs against the wall," said Coach Erickson, "and they always seem to repond well. These kids refuse to give up."
Rams' Bats Come Alive Against Bulldogs
Oak Lawn, IL (April 26, 2013) - Reavis hitters had been in a funk all week, getting blanked by Richards 10-0 on Monday and dropping a game to Bremen 3-1 on Thursday. In those two games combined, they could only muster eight hits in thirteen innings. That all changed Friday as the Rams pounded out 19 hits in their 12-4 victory over Richards.
Rhodes shuts down Hillcrest
Burbank, IL (April 24, 2013) - Junior Jordan Rhodes made the most out of his opportunity to pitch yesterday as he threw a no-hitter against Hillcrest at Czarnecki Field. In only his second start of the season, Rhodes pitched extremely well, striking out 10 Hawk battters and only allowing two walks in the 15-0 five-inning victory for the Rams (11-5; 5-2).
"Jordan continues to improve with his mechanics and control," said Coach Erickson. "I was very pleased with his outing."

Abuzir's gem propels the Rams
Burbank, IL (April 16, 2013) - Belal Abuzir tossed a complete game shut-out to beat Evergreen Park 5-0 at Czarnecki Field Tuesday afternoon. The junior left-hander allowed just three hits while striking out 10 and walking none.
"Belal's last two outings have been great," said Coach Erickson. "Last week he threw just as well as today when he beat Oak Lawn 4-2." Abuzir hasn't allowed an earned run in 14 straight innings and has surrendered only six hits over that stretch.
