Burbank, IL (May 1, 2012) - The Reavis baseball program held its annual alumni game at Czarnecki Field on Sunday, April 29. Over 30 former players, including graduates from five different decades, came out to play in the event. Each alum received a Reavis baseball t-shirt and the day began at 10:00 am with batting practice followed by a nine inning game at 11:30.

Bolingbrook, IL (April 21, 2012) - Senior Jake Stano struck out a season-high 10 batters en route to his 4-1 victory over Bolingbrook on Saturday. Stano (1-0) threw a complete game, allowing one earned run on six hits. It is only his second start on the mound this season as he has had arm troubles since his junior year. "Jake threw extremely well today," said Coach Erickson. "In his last start against Eisenhower, he had trouble locating his pitches, especially his off-speed stuff. Midlothian, IL (April 17, 2012) - The Rams gave up three runs in the bottom of the seventh inning and lost to Eisenhower 5-4 on Tuesday.
Reavis (6-13; 4-3) trailed 2-1 in the sixth inning, but scored three times in the frame on a hit by Jake Stano, four walks, and a hits batsman to take a 4-2 lead. However, in the seventh inning the Cardinals rallied off of reliever Zack Mackowiak when they collected back-to-back two-out hits to tie the game and win it, respectively.
